DOVER HALL

VENUE REBRAND

THE SITUATION:

In June of 2017, Dover Hall underwent a change of management. While it had previously been branded as a high-end wedding venue, its new managers wanted to rebrand it as a general purpose venue that would host both weddings and corporate events. While a change to the Dover Hall logo was at the top of the priority list, they were also in need of letterheads, business cards, menus, and contracts.

THE IDEA:

Dover Hall boasts 12 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, two kitchens, two bars, and priceless art and antiques throughout the house. Being that the house itself is the main attraction, the logo redesign aimed to capture the house and embody its extravagant nature.

THE END RESULT:

The new logo and document design make a clear departure from the old, and helps their new management team position Dover Hall as a full-service upscale event venue.

In addition to a new logo and style guide, I also developed menus and corporate brochures for their sales team.
